Our Baby Boy is ONE!!!!

Happy Birthday to our little man!!! Yesterday our Graham boy turned a year old! I can hardly believe it! Man how time has flown...i feel like i was just in the hospital having the little guy :) I remember like yesterday the sleeplesss nights, the colickyness and the getting peed on every time i changed a diaper. But not to worry, He has taken charge of our home, he pretty much owns the place. Even though i don't have sleepless nights i step on toys in the middle of the night on the way to the bathroom. Even though i don't have a colicky baby i have a toddler who throws a fit whenever he doesn't get to push the button to open the garage. And even though i don't get peed on every time i change a diaper...just the smell of his poo makes me want to gag! He loves to point, flip switches or push buttons, laugh, touch his tummy, spit out anything i try to feed him, and cuddle when he's tired. He loves baby einstein, and that is the ONLY way i can take a shower if daddy isn't home. (Hence, mommy says, "THANK HEAVEN for baby Einstein"!). His most recent advanetures are walking, pointing, jabbering, climbing and saying "uht oh", and finding any and every way to bonk his head (poor baby). And to mom and dads dismay he loves to pull everything out of the dishwasher, shutdown the computer while we are in the middle of typing, and play in the toilet! He is growing so fast! I never believed anyone when they all said how fast it would go...guess i have to now! Happy Birthday to our little man, we love you so much and are so blessed to have you in our home! We love you so much! Remember when you were in heaven and mommy an daddy wanted you to come be with our family so much. Remember how it took 8 month for Heavenly Father to finally agree to yours and mommy and daddy's pleading to come be in our family? Remeber how dad and mom tricked grandma and surprised her with the news that mommy was pregnant. Remember how mommy had such a hard delivery but you stayed so strong thru the whole thing?! Remember when you finally came out and daddy asked if you were going to look like an alien forever with that big hematoma on the top of your head? Remember how you were crying and so were daddy and mommy but as soon as you made eye contact and heard mommys voice you stopped crying. Remember how mommy was so sick afterwards but you were always the one to make her feel better? Remeber when you were colicky at nights and mom and dad wondered where you came from sometimes?! Remember how much fun we had teaching you to sit up, eat, crawl and walk? Remember your first Chrismas and getting spoiled rotten? Remember when mom and daddy woke you up yesterday morning and sang you happy birthday? Do you remember how much mommy wanted to buy you a happy meal for lunch on her way to get you from work, but how sad i was that you had already eaten? Do you remember how much you have grown and how much we love you? We do little man, So VERY VERY much!!! Happy 1st Birthday little giber, We are so thankful you are ours FOREVER!!!!
